About Cozy Magic Home

Do you want to be a better homemaker?

Want to be a better homemaker?

Me too!

Cozy Magic Home is my domestic laboratory, where I’m carrying out experiments of my own devising to answer the question ‘How can I make my home feel more cozy and magical?’.

How do I do this?

By focusing on the following:

The Cozy – (Mind) – By engaging in projects and activities that increase and promote comfort and peace.
The Magic – (Spirit) – The intention and spark in daily activities.
The Home – (Body/Physical) – The physical vessel and environment where it all happens.

Experiments have ranged from how to organize my fridge, to how to use tarot in my homemaking. We explore it all in these parts.

And by sharing my experience, I hope to help you answer the same question for your home, even (and especially) if the answers are different.

Want to know more?

I’ve been a homemaker for 11 years, but you wouldn’t know it.

And that’s not me trying to make less of my experience. Being a homemaker is a humbling experience. I am constantly learning something new due to it.

You are probably wondering what this has to do with Cozy Magic Home (which is fair).

Cozy Magic Home is my creative home online. It started off as a way for me to record the way I was decorating my home. It then became a craft blog. Then, it evolved to what I like to call woo-woo homemaking.

Throughout all the changes, the one thing that has remained constant is that I’m delving into all the ways I can add cozy magic to my home. The world feels like a chaotic place, and I think we are all deserving of having a safe place from the craziness of this world where we can truly be ourselves.

So that is what Cozy Magic Home is. My playground where I carry out experiments to see how I can infuse everyday with Cozy Magic.

For me, that looks like practicing Hearth Witchery, decorating my home like I’m a fairytale witch (even though I live in the middle of Illinois), and exploring a low/zero waste lifestyle.

For you, it’s probably something different.

But as a homemaker, I have the honor and privilege to really explore all the different aspects of homemaking, and to see what works for me and my family.

I hope by sharing my experiences, experiments, and resources, it helps you to shape the home and world you want to live in.

If you’ve made it this far, thank you for reading!

I’d love to hear from you. What’s something you would like to work on for your home? I may be able to help! Email me at hello@cozymagichome.com

Until the next magical mess,
