This blog is not turning out how I had originally envisioned.
Which is fine.
I have no plans on giving up on it, but I am in the process of trying to figure out what to do with it.
I had thought about turning it into a shop where I sell my crafts, but it has kind of sucked the joy out of sewing.
I’m still enjoying making crafting tutorials, but people seem to enjoy quick videos more than reading a text based tutorial.
I’m not sure anyone even reads blogs anymore. Initially this made me sad, but now, it is rather freeing.
I’m also trying to embrace that I have multiple interests, and trying to make this place be all about one thing feels a little stifling.
If you do read this blog, I appreciate it. It feels good, and validating that someone is possibly enjoying a creative work of mine.
But as in life, I’m not sure what I am doing here.
So my break from here is taking a little longer than planned.
Hopefully I will be back soon with content that will add value to your life.
